A properly-working quality assurance system is an important precondition for the efficient management of business operations. MAGEMA B.V.’s customers can and should expect a high level of service concerning their consignments. In order to be able to realise these deliveries under the right conditions, a good and clear organisational setup is required.
We have defined the entirety of our procedures, resources, authorities and measures with the greatest care in our quality manual. This contributes to the clarity and straightforwardness of working.
Our customers value the products and services supplied by MAGEMA B.V. highly and with our quality policy we want to make sure this does not change. It is an effective and efficient system by means of which the contractual requirements, expectations and needs of customers can be fulfilled.
