Lift systems

The Kardex-Megamat Shuttle family is a dynamic storage system that is best compared to an automatic drawer cabinet. 

After loading a carrier in the working opening, and after the current height is measured, it is placed back in the machine in a spare location of sufficient height. 

Through the standard height measurement of the products, the degree of filling of the machine is kept optimal, even with highly varying volume. 

If required, the machine can measure the number of picks per platform, and a carrier with a higher turnover rate can be placed nearer to the removal opening. 

A lift system is made-to-measure – it is specified and offered in consultation with the customer. Legal regulations and guidelines are taken into account.
