Respiratory protection

MAGEMA B.V. offers a wide range of respiratory protection equipment and systems. 

These may be subdivided into the following groups:

• Protection against dust, aerosols and/or smoke
• Protection against gases and vapours

In this, dust masks may be chosen in grades

• P1 (non-harmful dust)
• P2 (harmful dust)
• P3 (toxic dust)

For vapour masks, the following grades apply:

• A   (organic vapours >65°C) Brown
• AX (organic vapours <65°C) Brown
• B   (inorganic gases and vapours) Grey
• E   (Sulphur dioxide and acid gases) Yellow
• K   (Ammonia) Green

Besides these, there are also filters known as combination filters. 

Both types are available as half- or full-face masks.
